Dog sitting - Day Three

Luka slept again on my bed last night. So far, things seem to be going well. He's eating regularly and not starving himself like he has done in the past. My roommate Will gets home today I belive. (He's flying to France on Saturday and then won't be home for two weeks.) It will be interesting to see how Luka behaves when he leaves again. Hopefully Luka won't experience a set back.

I started a cleansing program again. I can't do the full cleanse since I don't swallow pills well at all. So I've decided to use two products by Sonne's everyday. I just started using their #7 Detoxification (liquid) and #9 Intestinal Cleanser (powder). They're supposed to help you get rid of the mucous that's in your system from improper eating. I'll let you know how it goes.

I'm also going to add a new section to my website to show what I eat on a daily basis. Not only will it force me to eat right consistently. I can also show how easy it truly is to eat right.
